Position Summary: The Scan Coordinator is responsible for maintaining sign/pricing accuracy of the total store to include displays, shelf tags, and Mettler-Toledo scales. This position is responsible for ensuring that all price changes and signage is accurately updated in a timely manner by following the Standard Operating Procedures for this role. This person must have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Solid organization abilities, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail are required. Audit store pricing on a continual basis to verify accuracy. This person trouble shoots any pricing problems and communicates effectively with Home Office Pricing Department and Store Team Members. Provides exceptional customer service at all times and maintains a well-organized, safe working environment. Assist various Departments within the store as needed on special pricing of products being reduced or forced out of inventory. Trains store Team Members on the use of the Mettler-Toledo scales and computer sign program when necessary. Assists with Store Inventories and audits as required. Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with close attention to details. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel). Monitor the use of sanitation chemicals and notify the Sanitation Supervisor when additional cleaning materials or supplies are needed. Accurately record time worked and review timekeeping at the end of each shift. Maintain a safe working environment by following established workplace health and safety procedures, including personal protective equipment usage, Lock Out/Tag Out processes, and HAZCOM programs. Promptly report any health and safety incidents to Sanitation Site Supervisor or Area HR Specialist pursuant to Company policies. Provide coverage for the Sanitation Site Supervisor when the Sanitation Site Supervisor is unavailable or absent from the worksite. QUALIFICATIONS: Work Experience: 3+ year of experience working as a Sanitor supervisor in a food manufacturing environment. Technical Training or Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of industrial sanitation theory, CIP methods, chemistry verification techniques, and ATP testing. Professional Training or Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the sanitary production or processing of food products. Dependable, respectful, and motivated. Proficient oral and written communication skills needed to understand and explain concepts relating to essential job functions. Description Position Purpose: Creates and analyzes reports to support operations. Ensures correctness of analysis, and reports findings in a concise manner to senior management. What You’ll Do: Generates internal and external reports to support management in determining productivity and efficiencies of programs or operational processes. Revises existing reports and develops new reports based on changing methodologies. Analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics. Communicates and trains employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data. To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need: Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field. Degree Equivalency: 4 years of job-related work experience OR an Associate’s Degree AND 2 years of job-related work experience. Required Work Experience: 4 years of research and analysis experience. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills. Advanced experience using complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts. Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
