SUMMARY: The Commercial Appraisal Job Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial real estate appraisal assignments within the bank. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Evaluate and analyze new appraisal orders submitted by loan officers, ensuring completeness, clarity, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Determine the appropriate scope and complexity of each appraisal assignment to ensure proper bid requests are sent to a panel of qualified and approved commercial appraisers. Proactively identify gaps in order documentation and coordinate with loan officers to obtain missing or clarifying materials prior to bidding or engagement.
