Job Description The Automotive Service Manager, reporting to the Store Manager, will be responsible for setting the highest standards of excellence and personifying our core values to support operations in the service department of your store. This will involve creating a highly-motivated team environment, and working closely with the Service Team to improve their performance through hands-on presence in the store by efficiently developing and coaching team members, and executing store processes & procedures. This position collects and evaluates documentation from applicants to determine individual and family eligibility for the program. Eligibility Specialists complete all assigned eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes in an accurate and timely manner. Uses various information sources, electronic tools, and systems provided by the Department to collect, assemble, evaluate, and act upon information provided by applicant/beneficiaries and third parties to make timely eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes of circumstance. Follows policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of applications and documentation and collects additional information for beneficiaries as necessary with the least burden to the applicant/beneficiary as possible. Our prevention, intervention and treatment programs spread the message that there is hope and that substance misuse and addiction are preventable and treatable. In support of our purposes to improve lives, we are expanding our services to fill gaps that currently exist in preventing individuals from accessing necessary support to reach their recovery goals. This SCORF (South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund) grant-funded Recovery Coordinator assists patients navigate and overcome potential barriers (i.e. transportation, legal involvement, employment/education, behavioral health, basic needs, etc.) to recovery by engaging patients in Richland Country throughout treatment and post-discharge POSITION LOGISTICS Full-time 37.5 hours a week Schedule is routinely 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, but may include weekend and evening hours. Flex schedule available as approved by supervisor. Up to three (3) positions funded and assignment may be in our Detox unit or within our outpatient services. Bachelor’s degree in human service field and at least one year of experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or case management is required if applicant does not have lived recovery experience. Must have reliable transportation and valid SC driver’s license. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Assists patients to navigate and overcome barriers preventing successful engagement in treatment by strengthening referral networks with community providers. Collaborates with Treatment Team to monitor progress, identify patient needs, and maintain clinical documentation of recovery support services. Participates in Treatment Planning with Clinical Counselor and patient, and maintains engagement with patient throughout the treatment episode. Manages and monitors patient progress following discharge by assisting patient with connecting to services and supports in the community that sustain recovery. Participates in regular clinical supervision with assigned supervisor. Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings and team meetings.
