In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and third parties to ensure the successful execution of contracts that drive our business forward. You’ll be at the heart of our legal operations—negotiating high-impact agreements for our Certiport and e-commerce businesses, supporting professional clients, and safeguarding the legal interests of NCS Pearson and Pearson VUE. What You’ll Do: Contract Strategy & Execution Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of customer, vendor, software, and technology agreements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while identifying and mitigating risks. Collaborate across departments to gather information and prepare legal documents. Monitor business practices to ensure contract and legal compliance. Stay current on legal developments and apply them to evolving business needs. Stakeholder Communication Serve as a trusted advisor to senior legal and functional leaders. Manage relationships with internal clients and external counsel. Communicate clearly and effectively during contract negotiations and legal discussions. Legal Projects & Research Support legal research initiatives and contribute to projects in emerging areas of law. Maintain and organize legal documents, agreements, and templates.
