The floating position will work to transition the territory to incoming Account Executive and may support training of incoming Account Executive for a period as directed by management. *Duties/Responsibilities: * * Prospect and target new inspection/repair clients – direct and through channel partners. * Sell customers on repair services post-inspection. * Establish call plan: customer follow-up strategies/tactics following time and territory management tactics. * Work seamlessly with operational and administrative teams. * Provide input/report during weekly/monthly departmental activity meetings * Manage sales database for business activity. * Works the business hours for the time zone of the vacancy being covered. *When are not covering an assigned vacancy, you will assist with other projects and initiatives, including but not limited to: * * Assisting with training and supporting new or underperforming Account Executives * Assisting with closing larger deals such as Total Compliance * Assisting with new verticals, scopes, or business development items including Grainger initiatives * Other duties as assigned *Requirements and Preferred Experience: * *Physical Requirements: * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
