WATER PLANT MAINT TECH I
Description This position provides leadership and participates in the inspection, maintenance and repair of the City's water treatment plants and related equipment and facilities; and perform other skilled and semi-skilled work as required. The work is considered heavy in nature and involves walking, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, and constantly lifting, pushing or raising objects, exerting between 35 to 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 100 pounds of force on a frequent basis. The work requires the following physical abilities to perform the essential job functions: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, handling, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, standing, and visual acuity. Case Manager, Senior The Senior Case Manager assists the DCM with the coordination and management of day-to-day operations of the Case Management department including, but not limited to case manager schedule and assignments, KCI / outcomes monitoring, medical record reviews, performance improvement activities, monitoring adherence to standards of Care Management and Readmission Prevention programs, and utilization review process. The senior case manager provides training and mentoring for new case managers and students and serves as a subject matter expert and resource to case managers in the department and the interdisciplinary team. The senior case manager serves as department supervisor in the absence of the hospital DCM or Senior Certified DCM. The Senior Case Manager is assigned a patient case load consistent with hospital operational needs taking into consideration additional duties and tasks being performed.
