A personal faith in Jesus Christ is required. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. * Manage the budgeting process for fundraising initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives. * Plan and execute events that promote the organization’s mission and engage the community. * Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, churches, corporations, organizations, and foundations. * Oversee the management of donor databases, including Donor Perfect, to track contributions and maintain accurate records. * Utilize email marketing tools to communicate with supporters and promote events. * Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance visibility and outreach efforts. * Share victorious stories from Providence Home with current and future donors * Identify and write and manage new grant opportunities * Develop a strong public relations image * Develop print, digital and social media content * Oversee website and make regular updates * Generate donor communication, newsletters and annual impact report * Prepare and present regular reports on fundraising progress to Executive Director and Board of Directors *Skills* · Applied understanding of basic fundraising principles and development best practices · Applied understanding of budget and reporting fundamentals · Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills · Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills · Donor database and spreadsheet proficiency · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 · Experience with online fundraising, email marketing, and internet research Join us in making a difference by leading our development efforts!
