Key roles include: • Responsible for all aspects of MWS for the FP and PS&D. • Coordinate with managers and teams developing, prioritizing, and implementing maintenance improvements. • Build high performance teamwork between Mechanical Maintenance, E&I, and Operations. • Responsible for ensuring that a solid plan is in place to develop technical knowledge among the area maintenance team members. • Responsible for FP and PS&D area maintenance metrics. • Ensure appropriate timely response to areas’ equipment failures. • Support area RCFA’s. • Communicate areas’ equipment/maintenance issues to Operations and management. • Manage priorities and resources to systematically manage daily planned and unplanned issues. • Support mill emergencies appropriately with area resources. • Track teams’ progress and audit results. • Responsible for contributing to the building of the FP and PS&E budget, especially around Repair Jobs. • Responsible for ensuring that Repair Jobs assigned to the area are implemented. • Responsible for working with the Capital Manager to review, prioritize, and implement work notifications that require engineering assistance.
