JOB PURPOSE Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in on or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; low voltage; scheduling outside servicing needs; plumbing; plumbing, etc.) Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.). Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks. Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.). Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas. Order parts and maintain required documents. Ensures that all protocols and standards of safety are being met and immediately reports any procedures that have been broken or if a safety issue arises. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Makes sure machinery or vehicles are maintained, upholding health, safety and security in the work place at all times. Enforces the 5S Program. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by organizing floor space, keeping aisle clear of clutter and debris; adhering to storage design principles Collaborates with supervision and outside sources for general services and maintenances. Constructs daily reports of activities and annualizes data or quotes to determine the most cost-efficient solutions. As a Deli Host, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you! Job Functions: General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc. Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions. Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.
